I just put my deposit down for enrollment into the Johnson School, class of 2009. I really hate the feeling of shutting the doors at UNC and Yale that I worked so hard to get open, but I am very much looking forward to being a student at Cornell. Having said that, I'm still very hopeful that Tuck will convert my waitlist into an admit.

Congrats on reaching a decision. Johnson impressed me a lot when I visited it way back when, and though I still think u would have had a blast at SOM, i'm sure u will be very happy in Ithaca.
Have a great summer!

Chris, Congrats - Cornell is a good choice and you'll have a great two years there.

If you get into Tuck, will you go there or are you committed to Cornell and only pulling for a Tuck acceptance so you can feel even better about yourself? :-)

Well, getting into Tuck would certainly make me feel better about myself. A Tuck admit would give me a new decision to make, but I'm not going to make that decision until it becomes an option. Tuck has been my top choice from the beginning, but I'm very excited about Cornell and know that I can meet all of my personal and career goals at either.

Why you chose Johnson over Yale?
