I can understand why a non-economist would not like freakonomics as much as an educational text. Freakonomics is more an exercise in taking all the econ theory and thought process and applying it / examining it against more absurd real day behaviour. ...

Ribbie Steaks?

Elizabeth and I saw this sign at the Country Kitchen a few blocks away:

We just thought that they didn't know how to spell Ribeyes, but it turns out that they have a BBQ Ribbies meal after all.
